From this coming Monday, the internationally acclaimed artist SIVA will present a curated selection of her works at the renowned Northern Lights Concept Store, Norderstraße 29, in Westerland. The exhibition will be on display for four weeks and invites visitors to experience art within a distinctive island atmosphere.
Over recent years, the Northern Lights Concept Store has established itself as an exceptional venue for creative presentations, where art, design, lifestyle and exclusive brand experiences seamlessly converge.
SIVA – Work and Practice
SIVA’s works breathe depth and radiate an intense use of colour alongside a distinctive, spiritually aesthetic visual language. Her practice is characterised by an experimental approach and a consistent focus on the inner essence of each work.
On a subtle, energetic level, SIVA connects with her paintings. Each piece carries the magic of the sacred springs of Avalon – SIVA’s personal place of power. Using this water, she places the first impulses onto the canvas and then allows to emerge whatever speaks to her from within the image. The creative process resembles the deep, absorbed play of a child: free, intuitive and beyond intention.
